ACTIVITIES

We arrange a varied programme of activities to stimulate you. In addition you are encouraged to join in bingo, yoga, exercises, games and communal singing. New for 2010 - we have introduced hand massage sessions with a qualified external practioner.

Special events take place on festive occasions and outings are arranged during the summer, weather permitting, in which all are welcome to join. Please see details of outings planned on the 'Forthcoming Events' page.

Television is available in the lounge or, if you prefer, you may watch it in your own room.

We encourage visits from relatives and friends and there is a separate upstairs lounge if you would like some privacy on these occasions.
